Can I have a sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check product quality.
What is the lead time?
In our definition, "lead time" stands for the period of time from order placing to delivering date. Samples lead time is 5-7 working days, mass production lead time depends on the quantity, usually it takes 25-30 days.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to destination?
We usually ship goods by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, by sea or by air. Normally it needs 3-5 working days by air, and about one month by sea.
Are you factory or trading company?
We are factory, and have our own brand. We also provide OEM service.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and L/C.
