Material options include nylon, ripstop nylon, polyester, canvas, satin, microfiber, tarpaulin, PVC, PU and leatherette.
Occupying an area of 10,000 square meters, the R&D team offers over 80 new designs every month and develops samples within seven days. Operating under ISO9001 guidelines, 500 skilled workers manage 4 production lines to complete up to 200,000 units every month. 20 inspectors ensure quality at each stage from material selection to cutting, designing, and stitching.
